PA State Legislative District 153
Pennsylvania State House of Representatives is the lower house of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, which also includes the State Senate. There are 203 members, elected for two year terms from single member districts.
Elections are held in November of even numbered years. In Montgomery County, there are 13 Legislative Districts: 61, 70, 147, 146, 148, 149, 150, 151, 152, 154, 170, 194 and 153. The 153rd District covers most of Abington, however, District 170 also reaches into the northwest corner of Abington in a portion of Ward Two.
