What is a Civic Association?

A Civic Association is a group of individuals who live in the same area or neighborhood. Because of their proximity, these neighbors often have shared interests and common concerns. Organizing into a unified group helps foster a strong community and ensures that property owners rights are protected and voices are heard.

A Message from Our President

What a year it's been! From welcoming a new Board of Directors, to getting to know many new neighbors, to fighting ongoing development challenges in our neighborhood, it’s been a year of change and growth.

We invite you to explore our site and learn more about us. We are working hard to continue to build a sense of community. While we love that our neighborhood boasts meandering driveways, tucked away homes and dense tree cover, we also recognize that is doesn’t easily facilitate social connections and face to face interaction.

Where do you spend the majority of your time? In your home and in your local community. By joining us, you will have the opportunity to get to know your neighbors, stay on top of what’s happening around you and ensure that your voice is heard. We look forward to welcoming you.
